How does my pet wear their new BroadwayPup Bandana so it fits perfectly & displays the artwork the best?
How do I know what size to buy?
Bandanas run large, and are designed to be rolled down from the top for superior comfort and a perfect fit. See the video above! Easily tie with a double knot to secure around the neck.
Size up if your pup has a lot of fluff or is in between sizes.
Measure around the neck and choose the appropriate size below:
- X-Small: 6 - 10.5" (Less than 15lbs, Teacup or toy breeds, small breeds like Chihuahua, even CATS!)
- Small: 11-15” (15-25 lbs, Havanese, Jack Russell, Dachshund)
- Medium: 15.5 - 19.5" (25-50 lbs, medium breeds like Frenchies, Mini-doodles, Corgi)
- Large: 20- 25" (50-75 lbs and up, large & XL breeds like Labrador Retriever, Golden Retriever, German Shepherd, Samoyed, Goldendoodle, Pit Bull)
How do I clean my new bandana?
The poly-cotton blend material is super soft, super easy to clean, wrinkle-resistant, and quick drying! All bandanas contain a luxe vegan tag, and a reflective logo on the back, and you can machine wash the bandanas and iron if needed. We recommend washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. A medium iron setting is recommended.
Order Processing & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our usual shipping time is within 1-2 business days of receipt, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 10am on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. All orders are shipped from our New York distribution center.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes, The Broadway Pup ships worldwide! International customers are responsible for all custom duties, tariffs and additional fees that may be due upon receipt.
What shipping methods do you use?
Orders are shipped via USPS 4-5 days, or UPS 2 days, (both with Tracking) for all domestic orders, depending on your preference.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. We can ship UPS next day air, and UPS 2-day air upon request.
How can I check on the status of my order?
You are able to check your order status in My Account under My Orders, or by clicking "Track my Order" in the navigation menu and entering the tracking number that was sent to your email address.
What do I do if I haven’t received my confirmation email?
Please check the junk or spam folders of your email. If it’s actually disappeared into a billowing cloud of smoke, please email us at: email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition: unused, undamaged and unwashed with the product tag attached. We fully guarantee our products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please email your return/exchange request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email a return confirmation with instructions. Refunds will be issued within 2 weeks after receipt of the return.
Will my credit card information be safe to enter?
Yes. Your credit card and other sensitive information will not be stored on the website for security reasons. There is an option to save that information on the secured payment gateway.

We partner with several different animal charities across the country, donating 100% of our profits to non-profit organizations that protect animals, lower animal homelessness, and aim to end animal cruelty.
